| Chinnook is a unique outcross calving ease sire bred for the low input, performance minded breeder. He was the high selling bull in the 2008 sale out of a dam that is the full sister to the high selling bull in 2007. Chinnook is the product of a 50 year old breeding program focused on fertility, longevity, performance, carcass and maternal strength. He stems from 5 generations of low birth, high growth females with incredible longevity. 68 calves in 7 herds ratioed 98 for birth weight, 102 for weaning weight, and 6 calves ratioed 102 for yearling weight. This high 5 frame bull is totally sound with excellent phenotype. Chinnook is well on his way to being a recognized power. |
